Order Processing

Once an order is placed, it typically takes 1–2 business days to process. Orders placed late on Friday or during weekends may take slightly longer to process.

Shipping and Delivery

After your order has been processed, it will be shipped from our facilities in China. The estimated delivery time to Canada is 7–15 business days, depending on your location and customs processing. Please note that delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed, as factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, and carrier delays are beyond our control.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

All orders from Norrvale ship 100% free, with no minimum order required.

Customs and Duties

As your order is shipped from China, it may be subject to Canadian customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and are the responsibility of the customer. Norrvale has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Ordering from Norrvale is simple. Browse our product pages and add items to your cart by clicking "Add to Cart". Make sure the correct options (size, colour, etc.) are selected. Then proceed to checkout by clicking "Continue to Checkout". Enter your shipping information, select your preferred payment method, and complete your purchase.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@norrvale.com with your order number and we will investigate the status of your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Norrvale is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — we may be able to update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
